Mindless Chatter

Just completed my last final German essay and I thought... ahhh.. to hell with what went to my mind.

Anyhow, here goes.... *wink*

Entre
Spring Onion Salad bathed with a generous dash of lemon juice, soy sauce and extra virgin sasame oil. :P

Topped with an oven tossed Snow Cod in butter, sea salt and pepper.

Soup
Mushrooms in clear chinese vegetable consomme. Enjoy the light hint of garlic swirled into perfection by a buttery fleur d'oeuf.


Salad
Leafy garden drown in appetizing Balsamic Vinegar and Olive oil. Thin Radish Vermicelli gives the much needed fresh crunch for a warm evening.

Main
Lamb marinated in Sparkling Pinor Noir gently grilled over oven grazed garlics.

Served with a side of Carrot stew and boiled Brocolli.

Dessert
Vanilla ice cream, cuddled by freshly whipped cream and chocolate shavings, served in aromatic Espresso. Sweet finish with splashes of good old baileys irish cream.
